Following on from the CFA’s announcement earlier this year regarding changes in the ASCL Act - we would like to remind providers that all certificate requests submitted to the CFA must be accompanied by an Apprenticeship Certificate Request Authorisation Form. It is important that this form is signed by the apprentice upon completion of the framework and attached to every application form submitted to the CFA.
Unfortunately, any application forms we receive that do not include a valid authorisation form signed by the apprentice will be returned to the sender.
