2011 Scottish Customer Service Modern Apprenticeship Review
The CFA is currently looking for Customer Service Professionals to help us carry out a review on Modern Apprenticeship Frameworks in Scotland.
This review will be taking account of the new Customer Service SVQs recently placed on the SCQF, as well as the changes to higher Core Skills Levels proposed by the Modern Apprenticeship Group (MAG).
To facilitate this review, the CFA has developed an online survey which will give you the opportunity to share your comments and provide feedback on your own experience of Customer Service. Your opinion is extremely important to the CFA, and will give us the opportunity to review the voices of many employers, learners, training providers, sector skills councils and awarding bodies.
This work is essential to ensure that these frameworks continue to meet the needs of employers and learners in Scotland.
Your participation would be appreciated and will inform the future development of these apprenticeships.
The online survey can be accessed here: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/W55MK63, and will be available until Friday 9th September.
