ENTO is fully committed to the principle of developing individuals in the workplace through the use of National Occupational Standards and other means and, where appropriate, recognises that development through formal accreditation results in the achievement of qualifications.
ENTO will provide information, advice, guidance and support for those who use our National Occupational Standards and will in addition provide support products and services to support their implementation. The organisation will work with key stakeholders, partners and practitioners to ensure all products and services are fit for purpose and meet the needs of employers and employees.
