Student Handbooks Levels 1, 2 & 3

Developed in partnership with two very experienced trainers and authors; Vic Ashley and Sheila Ashley, the Student Handbooks are based on the Business & Administration National Occupational Standards. Each chapter has been carefully developed in line with the Standards and is designed not only to provide support to learners working towards NVQs, SVQs, Apprenticeships, Technical Certificates and other related vocational qualifications but also to help their trainers and assessors.

Handbooks Level 2 & 3

Full of useful information, the Student Handbooks cover ALL units at Level 1, 2 and 3. Each book clarifies the skills that candidates will be expected to develop for each unit and demonstrate real life examples of working situations that will enable candidates to generate evidence. The user-friendly assessment exercises ensure that candidates are fully conversant with life in the office environment.
