Job Title: Team Administrator and Project Officer
Reports to: Director of Development
Contract: 12 months fixed term contract (including 6 month probationary period)
Salary: £18,000

Job Purpose
To carry out effective administration and project support in relation to standards, qualifications, frameworks and skills related projects, activities and services.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Working closely with Development team members and other teams within the organisation the Team Administrator is responsible for:
- Contributing to the development of policies and practice in own area of responsibility
- Contributing to the identification, establishment, monitoring and evaluation of development team administration systems and procedures
- Providing support for the effective delivery of development projects, to achieve quality, project and budget standards
- Supporting the organisation and administration of development team workshops, meetings and events including taking minutes at meetings
- Assisting the Director of Development, Standards and Qualifications Managers and Development Officers with specific tasks to support the smooth functioning of the Development team
- Assisting the Development team with hospitality for internal meetings, events and conferences
- Liaising with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of CfA products and services
- Maintaining good working relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders
- Providing excellent customer service and support to all suppliers, partners, key stakeholders and customers
- Administering systems and processes relating to qualifications and national occupational standards, including liaison with relevant regulatory bodies
- Planning and organising own work and improving own performance
Person Specification
This is a key role requiring enthusiasm and commitment from a customer-oriented individual who is also a ‘completer-finisher’ capable of seeing tasks through to conclusion. The position demands a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
