Key Skills Work Pack
The CfA and BigStride have worked together to develop a Key Skills study resource specifically for Business & Administration students. Big Stride learning solutions offer interesting, relevant and industry-based methods for learners to achieve their Key Skills at Apprenticeship levels 2 and 3.
The Key Skills work pack is user-friendly and encourages learner understanding of Key Skills at the relevant level. It also encourages progression to higher levels upon completion. The work pack is mapped against QCA's standards and covers Application of Number, Communication and ICT whilst emphasising the relevance of Key Skills by using 'real life' examples to create a fun and interactive programme.

How do I use the materials?
Tutor and learners can access materials on-line, via the tutor and student areas.
The materials provide valuable additional resources to complement and extend your existing teaching and Key Skills sessions. Activities can be taken in isolation and fit into your lesson plans to achieve learners' underpinning knowledge and portfolio evidence - or could even form a framework for your lesson plans!
So think about Key Skills sessions, linking to vocational qualifications or adapting the activities to support Functional Skills!
