Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are government backed training schemes, which provide a structured learning route within a working environment. The schemes are primarily focused on young people aged 16-24.
An Apprenticeship is a great way for individuals to earn as they learn and for employers to discover skilled and talented employees.
Business & Administration Frameworks
Working in partnership with employers, the CfA has developed frameworks specifically designed for Business & Administration Apprenticeship (BAA) programmes. These frameworks provide both apprentices and employers with a foundation for training employees in Business & Administration. Two levels of BAA frameworks are available; Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship. Both frameworks incorporate nationally recognised qualifications such as the Business & Administration NVQ, Key Skills and Technical Certificate.
The 2005 frameworks for England & Wales were implemented on 1st of August 2005.
