Employers have been saying for years that school leavers do not have the right skills and knowledge to be able to make a difference to their business when they are hired. Often this has meant that employers have to undertake time-consuming and expensive remedial training before their new recruits are up to the job. The Government is to address these issues by introducing new qualifications that will produce skilled school leavers for all sections of the economy.
This survey is YOUR chance to have your say about what this qualification should teach young people, and what skills you want for your business - now and in the future.
