Qualifications
The CfA develops and approves a range of qualifications, frameworks and training programmes for the Business & Administration sector. Each offering is developed in consultation with industry specialists and employers, and is in line with the National Occupational Standards.
Our aim is to produce qualifications, frameworks and training programmes that equip business administrators with essential skills, knowledge and understanding needed, to work effectively within their occupation.

NVQ/SVQ
Vocational Qualifications which are better known as NVQs or SVQs, are occupation based qualifications which are developed using the National Occupational Standards (NOS).
Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships are government backed training schemes, which provide a structured learning route within a working environment.
Young Apprenticeships
The Young Apprenticeship programme is a refreshing way for young people to learn. It's an opportunity to gain a taste of ‘real work' whilst continuing with core academic studies.
Standards
The Business & Administration National Occupational Standards (NOS) are part of the National Standards programme. They are designed to meet the needs of both employers and employees by defining the skills, knowledge and understanding needed for an individual to carry out their work effectively.
