Both competence and knowledge-based QCF units have been developed to cover a full range of customer service functions.
These units have been used in a range of qualifications, aimed at those who have Customer Service focussed roles and those for whom Customer Service is only part of their role, including:
- Awards, Certificates and Diplomas, including NVQs in Customer Service at levels 1-4
