QCF units have been developed to cover the knowledge and skills needed by those in Management Consultancy and Business Support roles. These units have been used in a number of qualifications including:

• Awards, Certificates and Diplomas, including NVQs for management consultants at levels 5 and 7
• Certificates and Diplomas for Business Support professionals at level 3 - 5
