Qualification Strategy

More than two thirds of the UK workforce use some Business, Administration or Governance (BA&G) skills to fulfil their job responsibilities at work. These skills are essential for the day-to-day operation, strategic direction and survival of every business in the UK, regardless of its size or the sector in which it operates.

The CfA aims to ensure that the BA&G workforce, along with the wider workforce who do some or all of their own administration, possess the necessary skills and attributes to enable organisations in all sectors to work efficiently.

To achieve this aim, the CfA has developed its BA&G qualification strategy (QS) which presents the vision and aims that the CfA and partners must achieve to realise the vision.

The CfA has now submitted the BA&G QS to UKCES and expect to make it publicly available here, by the end of September.
