Over the past two years CfA has been working on a European project in developing a Reference System for Facilitators of Learning. Target groups are those who facilitate training in a number of locations such as Further Education colleges, independent training organisations, company training and as a consultancy.

This reference system is a detailed research catalogue which not only explores best practice in facilitation of learning across the EU twenty seven countries it also aims to be a tool to support validation of individual work experience and learning outcomes, especially when people move from one professional environment to another.
