Qualification Strategies

Print

A very large proportion of the UK work force use business skills to fulfil their responsibilities at work.

Such skills need to be kept up-to-date as they are essential for the ongoing operation, strategic direction and survival of every business in the UK. This is particularly important, now more than ever, regardless of company size or market sector.

Qualification Strategies outline current and future learning and qualifications needs by employers in sectors. They identify the skills needs of sectors, analyse the current provision and lead to action plans to improve the match between education and training supply and employment need.

There are a number of Qualification Strategies covering business skills sectors. They present the vision and aims that the CfA and its partners must achieve to ensure that the business skills workforce possess the necessary skills and attributes to enable organisations in all sectors to work efficiently.
