The title of this suite of NOS reflects current job-titles of those who work in this sector. However, the standards are equally applicable to those who see themselves in a “Personnel” or “People Management” role in a UK or international setting. They cover a full range of HR functions, from developing and implementing HR-related strategy, to designing and operating HR procedures.
