Membership Administrator
Full-time, salary £20,000 to £24,000 per annum pro rata + benefits + bonus
The CfA (Council for Administration) is the leading authority in Business & Administration skills in the UK. Over the last decade, we have defined the role of business administrators and identified the key skills that are essential for success in today's business environment.
We are currently looking to recruit an efficient, motivated and friendly individual to be the Membership Administrator for two membership Institutes: the Institute of Professional Administrators (IPA) and the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM).
You will be responsible for processing membership applications, sending out membership packs, keeping membership databases up to date and delivering first class customer service to both internal customers and external members.
You will report directly to the Membership Manager and work closely with the finance and marketing teams. You need to be highly organised, have well developed communication skills (both written and verbal) and IT skills in word and excel.
