Young Apprenticeship partnerships are often made up of a number of different partners. Directed by a lead partner, it is essential for partnerships to work together to provide an enriching and successful experience for the pupil.
As lead partner you will be primarily responsible for:

| Defining roles and responsibilities within the partnership | |
| Ensuring safety and protection for each pupil and endearing to the LSC's requirements on Health & Safety | |
| Ensuring Young Apprenticeship in Business & Administration meets the current and future needs of all partners through ongoing consultation and review | |
| Ensuring the pupil's objectives are met | |
| Ensuring parent's aspirations are met | |
| Providing programme updates and information to the CfA, Local authorities, LSC and their representatives |
